What does Georgia have to hide?

Unfortunately it seems that Cobb County takes the position that “Open Records” are only open to Citizens of Georgia, not the rest of the world. This underscores why I was correct to entitle my previous blog, with a quote from H. Rap Brown, that “Justice in America means JustUs White Folks.”
